How to Write a Poem Every Day

Ticket options $10 & $130

I have come to believe that writing a poem every day is easy. I would like to help you get there too. This course will cover a variety of compositional strategies that you can turn to whenever you aren’t sure what to write about. You’ll often be able to use them to create a draft of a poem in an hour or less. This course has a self-led version and an interactive option with more community and feedback (next session starting January 2, 2026). (read more and register)

Writing Together Online Gathering

Free

This ongoing event is intended to help you mark out some time on your calendar for writing and meeting other poets. Don’t let the word “poet” here be intimidating: writers of all abilities, including beginners, are welcome. The only requirement is that you’d like to try writing alongside poets and that you come ready to support others. The majority of the session is focused on silent writing, with ten minutes at the end to optionally share and talk. (read more and register)
